FIELD: traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the determining the tactics for the treatment of patients with isolated injuries of the posterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint (PCL). After an injury, the patient is sent to the clinical diagnostic stage and, according to MRI, the degree of damage to the PCL is determined. Depending on the degree of damage, the patient is referred either for conservative treatment or surgery.
EFFECT: method provides increased accuracy of diagnostics for choosing the optimal tactics for treating patients with isolated injuries of the posterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint.
