FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical andrology, and can be applied in sparing organ-saving operations in case of traumatic testicle injury. For this purpose wound sewing on albugineus membrane of testicle is carried out. After that under it introduced is 0.5-1.0 ml of 30% hyaluronic acid solution. Then wound on scrotum is sewn layer-by-layer.
EFFECT: method ensures creation by means of hyaluronic acid of additional protective layer between blood and seminiferous epithelium, reduction of inflammatory process, and, as a result restoration of spermatogenesis.
