FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: installation consists of two vertical supplying branches with opposite directed inputs, while their outputs are communicated with a connecting facility in form of vertical borehole with lower and upper branches perpendicular to borehole and turned around its axis at 60° relative to each other. The supplying branches and the connecting facility form normal and opposite siphons with a common short bend - the vertical borehole. The supplying branch directed with its inlet downward is a long bend of the normal siphon, while the supplying branch directed with its inlet upward corresponds to a long bend of the opposite siphon. A float valve is installed at the input of this bend. Diaphragms are installed at inputs of long bends; sharp edges of the diaphragms are directed each to a corresponding siphon. Via its upper point the normal siphon communicates with the receiving branch of a pump mounted on a flow column in producing tubes. Diametres of siphons are 1.5÷2.5 times bigger, than diametres of the receiving branch of the pump. A differential manometre with base - Ho of measurement of drop of hydro-static pressure is installed on a vertical section of the flow column exit from the well. The differential manometre is coupled with a unit of recording, calculation and yield accounting. The version of the installation is made in form of a compact structure of three coaxial pipes. The procedure for yield measurement consists in evaluation of density of fluid flowing through base of measurement Ho by means of the differential manometre, in recording beginning and end of supply of common portion of water and oil of specified volume alternately withdrawn in the cycle of their withdrawal from layers settled in the cavity of the producing string, in calculation of amount of both portions supplied in a specified time interval and in calculation of well yield separately for oil and water. Implementation of the invention prevents formation of stable oil-water emulsion, also facilitates measuring of well yield including separate measurement for oil and water.
EFFECT: simplicity of design and of procedure for yield measurement facilitates wide implementation of invention.
