FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology. There is described a vaccine composition applicable for cancer treatment and containing: one or more versions of peptide fragments prepared of survivin protein where specified peptide fragment is chosen from the group consisting of: FTELTLGEF (SEQ ID NO: 16), LMLGEFLKL (SEQ ID NO: 5), EPDLAQCFY (SEQ ID NO: 9), APPAWQPFL (SEQ ID NO: 13) and RPPAWQPFL (SEQ ID NO: 14), and an adjuvant made as "water-in-oil" emulsion containing mineral oil and surface-active substance where said adjuvant contains to 14.5 vol. % of specified surface-active substance. There is offered a method for strong specific T-cell survivin response stimulation in a person, including introduction of the described vaccine, and also a method of cancer treatment or prevention in a person, including introduction of the described vaccine.
EFFECT: vaccine can be applied for preventive, relieving and/or medicinal treatment of eg oncological diseases.
