FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of gas cleaning with high concentration of fine-grained dust and may be used in thermal power engineering, metallurgy, industry of construction materials, chemical industry and other industries. Device consists of vessel with electric filter and textile filter installed in it along with gas travel. Ratio of deposition surface area in collecting electrodes of electric filter and filtration area of textile filter equals 0.1…0.8. Collecting electrodes of electric filter are installed with interelectrode distance of not more than 500 mm, and speed of textile filter filtration may amount to 0.6 m3/m2 min to 1.8 m3/m2 min.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of equipment in process of gases cleaning from fine-grained dust of high concentration, including difficult-to-catch dusts, for instance with high specific electric resistance.
