FIELD: cleaning of gases from dust. SUBSTANCE: proposed process of cleaning of gas is based on treatment of gas in inhomogeneous alternating electric field with growth of amplitude of vector of intensity of field created between corona-forming, additional and precipitating electrodes towards precipitating electrode, with change of vector of rate of gas going towards precipitating electrode. Electric filter for implementation of process has corona- forming electrodes manufactured in the form of blades of wing profile, system of additional electrodes made in the form of metal plates coated with layer of homogeneous dielectric and in the form of wing profile and precipitating electrodes coated with layer of dielectric. Corona-forming and additional electrodes in the form of wing profile with sharp rear edge are distributed in working space of electric filter with translation symmetry towards precipitating electrode made in the form of grid of profiles. Direction of symmetry axis and positions of profiles are set by angle of mounting of profile and angle of attack of profile. EFFECT: provision for high rate of filtration with decrease of length of active zone of electric filter and for effective cleaning of gases from dusts with enhanced content of small fraction thanks to coagulation of particles. 5 cl, 1 dwg
