FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal impulse processing. To reduce overheating and contamination of part surfaces, proposed device comprises detachable high-temperature and scoop-proof chamber connected via mixer and adjustable proportioners with combustible gas source and gaseous oxidiser. It comprises also igniter and moving cover articulated with said chamber via damper, high-temperature and scoop-proof base that has hole with gas release branch pipe to discharge combustion products and rigidly locked in work position relative to said chamber. It includes unit of residual pressure release, waste gas discharge and processing products withdrawal that consists of barrel rigidly jointed to case base with exhaust branch pipe at top part and drain branch pipe at bottom part of insert rigidly fixed inside the case at its bottom and furnished with partition separating its inner space into top part embracing gas discharge branch pipe and lower part communicated with case inner space via bypass orifice arranged below drain branch pipe inlet. It includes also spool-valve mechanism with its seat arranged at the partition lower part, moving slide valve with its top surface mating seat shape and extending rod with centering extension that, in initial position, enters said gas discharge branch pipe, and slide valve return device.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of processing.
