FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: electric arc turbo-installation consists of power sources, and of electric discharge chamber with channel of working medium supply and with walls transformed into nozzle. The central cooled electrode is installed in the electric discharge chamber. An induction coil, generating magnetic field, which rotates electric arc discharge in the electric discharge chamber at high frequency, is arranged on the wall of the electric discharge chamber. The electric arc discharge heats working medium flowing through it to high temperature. The nozzle is coupled with the working chamber. Also similar electric charge chambers, not less, than two, are united and fixed with a circular working chamber along circumference through walls transformed into nozzles. An operating wheel of the turbine with nozzle blades is mounted on the shaft. Notably, the installation is equipped with a cooled cylinder electrode perforated with nozzles and installed in each electric discharge chamber. The central hollow electrode with a head is installed inside the cooled cylinder electrode along axis of symmetry. The head of the central electrode contains the nozzle and a prime tip maintaining continuous electric arc discharge in the electric discharge chamber. The channel for pressurized working medium supply is communicated with cavities and nozzles of electrodes.
