SUBSTANCE: reactor comprises a housing with a cooling jacket, an electric discharge generator of thermal plasma forming a high-temperature jet, a gas outlet channel and a rotor with blades and a rotation drive arranged downstream of the near-axial jet and creating peripheral swirl flow.

EFFECT: invention provides stabilisation of the near-axial high-temperature flow and increase the efficiency of the processes carried out in the reactor.
