FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: klystron generator includes magnetic field formation system, anode and cathode, which are connected to high voltage source, resonance structure in the form of resonators separated with drift tubes, as well as feedback circuit and radiation output device. Generator differs by the fact that as electron beam source there used is explosive-emission cathode, and geometrical sizes of resonators, drift tubes, cathode, anode have been agreed with parametres of high voltage source and have been chosen so that function of feedback circuit is performed with electron beam.

EFFECT: increasing microwave radiation power at decreasing the dimensional characteristics and simplifying the construction of klystron generator.
