FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used in aviation and power industry to manufacture rotor disks for gas turbine engine, gas turbine plant and rotors of turbines in thermal and nuclear power plants. Operations of ingot heating and deformation are alternated with divergence of axes of the first order of dendrites in direction of action of maximum working stresses in part. Ingot is pulled along its axis with forging 4-11. Shear drag and bottom parts of ingot are removed. Transverse setting of stock is carried out. Then it is rolled along circle in perpendicular plane. Then stock is straightened at ends, and forged piece of disk is finally shaped.
EFFECT: invention provides for optimal level of physical and mechanical properties and improved operational characteristics of available steels and alloys applied in gas turbine engines and gas turbine plants.
