FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed resonator consists of upper and lower external electrodes (1 and 2) which are microwave input and output of resonator respectively, the first ferroelectric layer (3), as well as one additional internal electrode (4) and one additional layer of ferroelectric material (5) in paraelectric condition. Lower electrode (2) is located on dielectric substrate (6). Frequency tuning of acoustic resonator is performed by supplying constant voltage to external electrodes (1 and 2), as well as to additional internal electrode (4), values of supplied constant values are changed from the values providing equal direction of constant electric field intensity vector in layers of ferroelectric material (3 and 5) to the values providing the opposite direction of constant electric field intensity vector in layers of ferroelectric material (3 and 5).

EFFECT: enlarging tuning possibilities of resonance frequency of acoustic resonators.
