FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: use to create elements of transducers (sensitive elements) of sensor of high-speed pressure, pyroelectric (operating in ferroelectric phase) and bolometric (operating above Curie temperature) thermal radiation detectors. Substance of the invention consists in the fact that a ceramic-metal layer is created on the surface of the workpiece from ferroelectric ceramics with mechanical damages (depressions) with size of not less than 20 mcm (class 5 of surface purity), and the opposite, polished to the surface cleanliness class of not less than 13, is metallized by metal deposition.
EFFECT: possibility of simplifying the ferroelectric ceramics polarization method.
