SUBSTANCE: resonance structure for wireless transmission or reception of energy includes a conducting frame and a high-Q capacitor which is a meta-capacitor formed by a thin layer of piezoelectric material enclosed between two electrodes, wherein said meta-capacitor lies between two layers of a dielectric substrate, the centre of which is etched, and the conducting frame lies on the top layer of the dielectric substrate.
EFFECT: design of a resonance structure for wireless transmission or reception of energy, having small dimensions and high Q-factor during operation at frequencies in the range of 1-100 MHz.
