SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery and is used in treatment of abdominal compartmental syndrome in patients with acute destructive pancreatitis. Decompression of the abdomen is performed in the following way - two skin incisions are made in the midline abdominal with length of 2-5 cm. Through the incisions the aponeurosis is incised throughout the white line, reaching the xiphoid at the top and the pubic articulation. The skin incisions are sutured tightly.

EFFECT: method enables to reduce intraperitoneal pressure without cutting peritoneum.
