FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation of mixes of various substances with similar properties by fractionation or chemical exchange and can be used in chemical industry to produce particularly pure substances, including those intended for isotope separation. Mass exchange column comprises cylindrical housing arranged at an angle to horizon, furnished with reagent feed and discharge branch pipes and rotary nozzle fitted there inside. Said rotary nozzle is made up of cylindrical perforated cartridges filled with bulk filler. Cartridge outer surface has spiral groove with the pitch smaller that grain size of said bulk filler and accommodating aforesaid wire. Cartridge end parts are provided with separators housing rolling elements, while cartridge face parts incorporate interlocking elements. Cartridge end parts are provided with annular webs, while cartridge interlocking elements represent shifting half-couplings.
EFFECT: increased surface of phase contact, reduced effect of separated components mixing, simplified design.
