FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: method for production of superconducting thin-film material includes steam-cycle stage of superconducting layer (3) formation by steam-cycle method and liquid-cycle stage of superconducting layer (4) production by liquid-cycle method, besides the last superconducting layer (4) is in contact with the first superconducting layer (3). Preferably, method includes additional stage of intermediate layer (2) formation between the first superconducting layer (3) and metal substrate (1). Metal substrate (1) is made of metal, and intermediate layer (2) is preferably made of oxide having crystalline structure, being one of structures of rock type, such as perovskite and pyrochlore, besides both the first superconducting layer (3) and the last superconducting layer (4) have composition RE123.

EFFECT: increased critical density of current and values of critical current.
