FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: superconducting thin film material (10) includes substrate (11), intermediate layer (12) with one layer or at least two layers formed on substrate (11) and superconducting layer (13) formed on intermediate layer (12). Intermediate layer (12) has thickness not less 0,4 mcm and includes the first layer in form of a layer of priming material, the second layer in form of a layer preventing diffusion and the third layer in form of a layer matching lattice parametres formed on the said substrate. Material for forming intermediate layer (12) preferably corresponds to oxide with crystal structure of at least one of type of halite, of type fluorite, of type perovskite and of type chalcolamprite.
EFFECT: raised superconductivity of material due to prevention of diffusion reaction of composite elements of superconductive layer.
