FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in determining dynamic pressure in central oil main line. Dynamic pressure is determined in operation during the cycle at maximum load and subsequent cycle at no load. Determination over, sections of oscillograms obtained in operating cycle of tested cylinder and in idle cycle are compared. Dynamic pressure is measured at the end of central oil main line. To reduce errors in estimation of technical state of crank drive bearings, valve 6 and throttle 7 are additionally mounted. Said valve 6 and throttle 7 are used to set mean pressure in central oil main line. Mean pressure in central oil main line is set irrespective of wear of separate bearings 4. Under above described conditions difference between standardised amplitude of dynamic pressures is determined to be compared with difference between standardised amplitudes obtained on reference engine. Comparison of standardised amplitudes is used to determine wear of whatever engine bearing being tested. Increased wear of bearings causes increase in aforesaid difference in standardised pressure amplitudes.
EFFECT: in-place determination of ICE bearing wear, higher accuracy of technical state estimation.
