FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to control supply and consumption of different types of communal services in systems for controlling amount of consumed gas, hot and cold water, heat and electrical energy. The disclosed method is characterised by that during variation of quality signals with time, the points in time when quality signals cross given borders form time sections. The number of consumed services on different time sections with the same quality is summed up one-to-one and recorded. The sum of products of the total number of consumed services on sections with the same quality by given coefficients which correspond to sections with the corresponding quality level is determined. This sum is stored.
EFFECT: possibility of paying for communal services in accordance with their real quality.
