FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of sports, to improvement of sports goods. It makes it possible to change height of pole grip, without violation of rhythm and rate of motion, without any additional muscular efforts, and makes it possible to more efficiently work with poles. Two-position fixator representing flat lever mechanism, point of links in which circumscribe trajectories parallel to one of longitudinal sections of ski pole, consists of body and fixed unit of ergonomic sword-knot movement, unit of fixation of ergonomic sword-knot lower position, unit of fixation of upper position of ergonomic sword-knot, unit of elastic element of mechanical stretching energy accumulation connected serially to body of mechanism, unit of fixation of ergonomic sword-knot upper position and unit of fixation of lower position of ergonomic sword-knot.
EFFECT: invention is intended to improve results in ski race competitions and is intended for classic methods of skiing.
