FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to ophthalmology, and aims at iridectomy. Two corneal paracenteses are ensured. A spatula is inserted into one paracentesis, directed under the iris within a pupil, a part of the iris is advanced in the other paracentesis, taken in tweezers and cut off with microsurgical scissors.
EFFECT: technique allows eliminating iris root traction, avoiding risk of the anterior chamber evacuation, does not require a corneal suturing.
