FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention can be used in chemistry, microbiology, pharmacology, etc. Proposed method consists in multiple distribution of components between light and heavy liquid phases that are imparted periodically varying rate in the device comprising a number of chambers connected by coiled tubes. To this end at least one phase is forced through the device in discrete mode, by feeding it in separate portions. Note here that multiple periodic mixing and gravity-separation of phase is performed over the height of each chamber representing columns consisting of sections arranged one above the other. Note also that at least one phase is periodically transferred in separate portions from last section of the column into first section of the next column. Proposed device comprises a number of sections connected to tubes to make a pipe coil, pulsator and valves. Besides chambers represent chambers. Note that the valves are arranged in dispenser furnished with the rod and means to regulate the frequency, rate and rod length.
EFFECT: simplified process, expanded performances and higher efficiency.
