FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: chromatographic column 1 is filled with the first phase, which is retained in it. The second phase is pumped through column 1, being supplied in discrete mode with periodically changing speed in separate batches into inlet cross-section 4. Discrete mode is realised with the help of valve 5 and automatic controller 6, which are connected in line of the second phase supply 3. Then mixture of components is introduced into chromatographic column 1 along line 8 in the form of impulse. After multiple non-stationary distribution of components between the first and second phases, enriched fractions of separate components are discharged from column 1 with the second phase along line 9. It is possible to use helical channel of chromatographic column 1, for instance, in the form of tube wound on cylinder surface; or channel in the form of serially connected chambers row. The first phase is retained in chromatographic column 1 by means of imposition of motion with acceleration to phases, for instance, with the help of centrifugal forces. The first phase may also be retained in column 1 with the help of hard carrier.
EFFECT: interphase mass exchange is intensified by increase of theoretical plates number in chromatographic column.
