FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: counterflow-cyclic method of multistage extraction separation of components mixture is multiple their distribution between light and heavy liquid phases, mixed in alternating sequence in opposite directions via the cascade of connected in series contact stages under cyclic mode. Each cycle contains half-period of movement of heavy phase, and half-period of movement of light phase during multiple periodic mixing and separation of phases at stages. At that movement of each phase through cascade of contact stages is ensured by several steps, during each three operations are performed successively: mixing of definite volume of phase through cascade, phases mixing in stages, phases separation in stages, at that the mixture is supplied during first cycle or first and next cycles with one of phases during number of steps lesser then total number of steps during half-period of movement of this phase.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of separation and capacity of the process, as well as reduced flowrate of solvents.
