FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: helical channel 1 of extraction-chromatographic column is filled with one of phases. Along line 2 heavy phase is pumped through it in discrete mode with periodically changing speed in the form of separate batches, and along line 3 - light phase. Phases are pumped through channel 1 in counterflow. Heavy phase is discharged along line 4, and light one - along line 5. Discrete mode is realised with the help of valves 5 and automatic regulators 7. Phases may be pumped synchronously or serially. As channel, tube may be used, which is wound on cylinder surface, or row of serially connected chambers. Process may be performed in the field of centrifugal forces or imposing reciprocal motion to phases. Then mixture of components is introduced in the form of impulse in channel 1 along line 8, which is installed in its intermediate cross section. After non-stationary distribution of components between phases, enriched fractions of separate components is discharged with phase flows along lines 4 and 5.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of process.
