SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of devices for the separation of substances by liquid extraction and chromatography, and can be used in hydrometallurgy, chemical, microbiological, pharmaceutical and other industries for the separation, purification and concentration of substances. Apparatus for carrying out the processes of liquid-liquid chromatography consists of a series of series-connected mass transfer steps. Each mass transfer stage is divided into a phase mixing chamber and a phase separation chamber. Mixer is placed in the phase mixing chamber, and a centrifugal device is placed in the phase separation chamber. Chambers have channels: to move the emulsion formed in the mixing chamber to the phase separation chamber and to return the stationary phase from the separation chamber to the mixing chamber of the same mass transfer stage. Return channel of the stationary phase from the separation chamber to the mixing chamber connects the volume of this phase, located on one side of the phase boundary in the separation chamber, with the mixing chamber, and the volume of the mobile phase, located on the other side of the phase boundary, is connected by a channel with the mixing chamber of the next stage. In a preferred embodiment, the apparatus is equipped with a dispenser for discrete pumping through the stages of the mobile phase in the form of individual portions and the separation chamber in mass transfer stages is designed as centrifugal separators.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency and productivity of the apparatus for conducting liquid-liquid chromatography processes.
