FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed cutter plate has two opposite face surfaces, first axis passing cross said surfaces, through hole arranged between said face surfaces and having the axis aligned with the first aforesaid axis, peripheral lateral surface arranged between aforesaid face surfaces, and peripheral edge formed on intersection of every face surface with peripheral lateral surface. Peripheral lateral surface comprises four identical main surfaces and four identical auxiliary surfaces. Each main surface has first edge adjoining one face surface and second edge adjoining opposite face surface. Every main surface is located between two auxiliary surfaces to form therewith an inner blunt angle. Every peripheral edge comprises two identical opposite cutting edges, two identical opposite not-cutting support edges and four identical auxiliary edges, each being located between adjoining cutting edge and not-cutting support edge. Every cutting edge is located on the main surface, while every auxiliary edges has first section located on appropriate auxiliary surface and running in direction of opposite face surface.
EFFECT: new design of cutting plate.
