SUBSTANCE: there are described compound of formula, its pharmaceutically acceptable salt or their mixture, enentiomerically pure 4-{(R)-(3-aminophenyl)[4-(4-fluorobenzyl)pyperazin-1-yl]-N,N-diethylbenzamide 
or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. Also described are method of anxiety therapy, method of pain therapy and method of depression therapy in animal.
EFFECT: compounds are of use in therapy, in particular for elimination of pain, depression and anxiety.
