FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to phosphorpeptide and/or phosphoprotein stabilised overcharged amorphous calcium phosphate and/or amorphous fluorophosphate calcium complexes. Offered is a phosphorpeptide and/or phosphoprotein (PP) stabilised amorphous calcium phosphate and/or amorphous fluorophosphate calcium complex of calcium ion concentration more than 30 mole of calcium per one mole of PP, a method of producing thereof and an oral care agent containing said complex. Offered are methods of remineralising a dental surface and subsurface in animals, including humans, involving application of said complex on the dental surface and subsurface.
EFFECT: overcharged complexes are effective in protection of dental and bone structures, since they remineralise effectively the dental surface and subsurface enamel damages.
