SUBSTANCE: pump unit intended for therapy of wounds with the help of low pressure comprises a body, a pump, fixed inside the body or on the body. Pump comprises a motor, an inlet and outlet elements, the first valve to control fluid medium flow through the inlet element, and the second valve to control fluid medium flow through the outlet element, a main line for supply through the pump unit and a non-return valve being in liquid communication with the pump. Non-return valve is configured so that to prevent, in fact, gas flow through the main supply line in the flow direction from the pump. Pump unit is sterilised so that at least, inner and outer parts of the body, the main supply line, the first and second valves and the pump are sterilised. Set for performance of therapy with the help of negative pressure for therapy of a wound with low pressure contains the above pump unit, a dressing, a pipeline, one or more batteries and the first packing element having cavities to receive the pump unit, the dressing, the pipeline and one or more batteries. Pipeline is connected with the dressing and pump unit and is configured to provide a fluid line for transmitting of low pressure to the dressing. Set for performance of therapy with the help of negative pressure is sterilised.

EFFECT: invention allows to less disturb the wound from the outside and promotes its fast healing.
