SUBSTANCE: method includes operations of heat supply to medium of fish oil by mixing with contacting substance-Freon, throttling for cooling, separation with further removal and drain of fish oil and transition of contacting substance-Freon into closed circuit. Installation for method realisation has closed circuit, including mixer, heat insulated section of pipe, throttling device, separator of centrifugal type to separate fish oil from Freon, also compressor is installed to compress steam-like Freon, condenser to condense steam-like Freon and to heat it up to required working temperature.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide for thermal treatment of each molecule of treated medium at accurately specified temperature, within exactly specified time.
