FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: stannum extraction method involves extraction of copper deposition from lead-free brazing alloy in the form of intermetallic compound by adding X element to lead-free brazing alloy so that intermetallic compound (CuX)6Sn5 is obtained. At that, X element has been chosen from the group including elements soluble in copper and deposited together with stannum, such as Ni, Co and Fe. Then granulation of (CuX)6Sn5 compound is performed by passing (CuX)6Sn5 compound with molten stannum through multi-channel wall and deposition by mixing (CuX)6Sn5 compound mixed with stannum in separating tank and (CuX)6Sn5 compounds are removed.
EFFECT: increasing stannum extraction from lead-free brazing alloy.
