FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to the production of tin and lead in combination with the production of copper. Liquid phase (6) of molten metals contains mainly lead, antimony and tin, and it is intended for separation by distillation to obtain cubic tin product (8) containing at least 0.6 wt.% of lead, and lead-containing distillate product (7), wherein liquid phase (6) of molten metals contains, expressed in mass units: at least 10% of tin, at least 45% of lead, at least 90% of tin and lead together, more lead than tin, at least 1 million-1 and at most 5000 million-1 of copper, at least 0.42% of antimony, at least 0.0001% of sulfur and at most 0.1% in the sum of chromium, manganese, vanadium, titanium and tungsten, at most 0.1% of aluminum, at most 0.1% of nickel, at most 0.1% of iron and at most 0.1% of zinc. The method for processing the raw composition of metals includes stage (100) of providing the raw composition of metals, stage of pre-processing of the raw composition of metals to obtain liquid phase (6) of molten metals, and stage (600) of separation of liquid phase (6) of molten metals by distillation. At the same time, raw composition of metals (2) is provided, available in the form of a liquid melt at a temperature of 500-1000°C, which is subjected to a pre-processing stage to obtain liquid phase (6) of molten metals. Separation stage (600) is carried out by distillation of liquid phase (6) of molten metals at a temperature of at least 800°C to obtain cubic tin product (8) containing at least 0.6 wt.% of lead, and lead-containing distillate product.
EFFECT: high fluidity of liquid phase (6) of molten metals and continuous, uninterrupted vacuum distillation is ensured.
