SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared. Cocoa husks are extracted by liquid nitrogen to separate according miscella. Chicory is cut, dried in microwave field at preset process parametres and fried. Barley grains, acorns and fruit stone kernels are fried. Chicory, barley grains, acorns and fruit stone kernels are mixed. Produced mix is impregnated with separated miscella with simultaneous increase of pressure. Pressure is reduced down to atmospheric one with simultaneous freezing of mix. It is cryomilled in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: method allows to produce coffee drink that is brewed without generation of sediment.
