FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to controlling or regulating fluid flow rate by means of non-electric appliances. Invention aims at reducing harmful effects on ambient medium in terminating rising swirled flow. Invention consists in that ambient airflow has pressure higher than that inside vertical section of rising swirled flow. Note here that the points external air runs into rising swirled flow at, should be located at identical height from bottom part of rising swirled flow along the edges of its vertical section, and every said point should have vertical size not smaller than 2-3 pitches of spiral trajectories of airflow in swirled flow, or at least not less than 1-2 pitches provided that ambient air is introduced simultaneously along the edges of rising swirled flow vertical part. Thus, major job is performed by ambient airflow without causing harmful effects to environments and to human beings.

EFFECT: ambient airflow is used to terminate rising swirled air flow.
