SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to gastroenterology and can be used for carrying out gastro-intestinal by-pass anastomosis. For this purpose close approaching of primary tissue segment of intestine to secondary tissue segment of stomach is performed by making primary intestine loop(A); means for creation of gastroenteroanastomosis between two close tissue segments, for instance linear sewing apparatus for maintaining and restoration of intestine tube continuity after carrying out gastroenteroanastomosis; means for close approaching to each other of additional primary tissue segment of intestine, located distally with respect to gastroenteroanastomosis, according to natural movement of food along intestine tube and additional secondary tissue segment of intestine, located proximally with respect to gastroenteroanastomosis, according to natural movement of food along intestine tube, with making second intestine loop (B), where said additional tissue segment of intestine, located proximally with respect to gastroenteroanastomosis is brought close to gastroenteroanastomosis; means for creation of enteroenteroanastomosis between two close tissue segments of intestine, for maintenance and restoration of intestine tube continuity after carrying out enteroenteroanastomosis, and means for segmenting intestine between gastroenteroanastomosis and enteroenteroanastomosis.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to limit invasiveness of surgery, reduce risks for patients and post-operative period, in addition, it gives opportunity to check air-tightness and justifiability of formed anastomoses.
