FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used for treatment of chronic osteomyelitis of heel bone. Volume and form of defect after necrosequestrectomy are determined. Implant corresponding to form and volume of heel bone defect is formed from bone cement with antibiotics at the stage of its polymerisation. Bed is processed. Formed implant is laid into bed. Active tubular drainage is installed after stage of cement polymerisation is completed. Layer-by-layer soft tissues above implant are sutured. Medicinal and rehabilitation activities are carried out in post-operation period. After cessation of purulent process implant is removed and bone autoplasty is carried out.
EFFECT: method allows to prevent retraction of covering and supporting tissues of heel area.
