SUBSTANCE: hydraulic device for automatic blood analysis apparatus has a first syringe for injecting the stream of a blood sample into a flow-type optical vessel and a second syringe for creating a stream of an enveloping liquid around the stream of the sample with enveloping liquid. The hydraulic loop in which the stream of blood sample and the stream of enveloping liquid move is such that at least one any of the first or second syringes pushes the corresponding liquid into the flow-type optical vessel in the first case, or performs another function such as sample dilution or processing based on a reagent, in the second case. The hydraulic loop also has valves for switching different loops in the hydraulic loop for the said selection. The hydraulic loop also has a control device which can control flow of the stream of sample relative the flow of the enveloping liquid.
EFFECT: simplification and manufacture of an automatic device, use of a single analytical solution, and higher measurement accuracy.
