SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to the method and the device, applied to performance of the method of flow cytometry, intended, preferably, but without limitation, for calculation and differentiation of white blood cells. In particular, the invention belongs to area of the simplified haematological devices with low cost of operation. According to the invention, the method differs by the fact that it uses a method of measurement of an impedance for identification of the particles having a trajectory, which did not cross previously the set optical measuring zone, in order to analyse the mentioned particles separately, with an exception, thereby, of application of pressing fluid media for directing particles to a measuring zone.
