FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: anti-icing composition contains an organic component in form of peat with moisture content of 50-80% an inorganic component in form of hydroxides of alkali metals and/or ammonia with the following ratio of components, wt %: peat 30-99, hydroxides of alkali metals and/or ammonia 1.0-70. Potassium and/or sodium hydroxide are primarily used as the hydroxides of alkali metals. The anti-icing composition is obtained by mixing components and then heating. According to the invention, the mixed components undergo mechanical dispersion while simultaneously heating the mixture to 80-100°C and then moulding granules and drying to equilibrium moisture content. The granules are preferably moulded through extrusion or balling, and the granules are dried at temperature 40-60°C.
EFFECT: anti-icing agent with highly efficient anti-corrosion properties.
