SUBSTANCE: polymeric dendrimer-like composition with four monomethoxypolyethyleneglycol branches which can be presented as: and used for preparing conjugates representing a pharmaceutical interest. Molecular weight of each PEG-chain is within 11000 to 13500 D, and total molecular weight is within 44000 and 54000 D. A carboxyl group of said composition can be activated functionally for making conjugates being of interest in pharmaceutics. A nucleophilic group is contained in a biomolecule specified in a group consisting of proteins, peptides and polypeptides. Protein is specified in a group consisting of interferon alpha 2-b, streptokinase, granulocytic colony-stimulating factor, erythropoietin and epidermal growth factor.

EFFECT: fixation of dendrimer-like polyethylene glycol with therapeutic proteins improves their stability in vitro and in vivo.
