FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation of particles or molecules using filtration elements known as membranes and serves to separate molecules or particles contained in fluids. Invention can be used in filtration of fluids, in particular in nanofiltration, ultrafiltration and microfiltration. Device for tangential separation of fluid to be separated into filtrate and retentate comprises outer casing 2 accommodating set of tubular filtration elements 3 arranged in parallel and one filtrate outlet 7 communicated with filtrate accumulation container 6. Device comprises first space 11 accommodating separation appliances 15 and communicating with first and second sets of filtration elements 3 that form initial and return branches of fluid circulation loop. Separating appliances comprise circulation pump impeller. Fluid inlet E extends into outer casing first space 11 between aforesaid impeller and filtration elements 3 of the set that forms return branch of circulation loop.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, compact design.
