SUBSTANCE: invention relates to substituted fluorene compounds and specifically to a compound of formula where R1 denotes a NH2-group or a Br atom; R2 denotes hydrogen or halogen; R3 is selected from the following group: oxygen, aminoalkyl group =N-alkyl, where alkyl C1-C12 (having normal or branched structure), aminoaryl group=N-aryl, where aryl: phenyl, naphthyl, aminoheteroaryl group=N-heteroaryl, where heteroaryl: pyridine, quinoline, phenylamine. The invention also relates to a method of slowing down proliferation of tumour cells, involving addition of an acceptable amount of an active compound of formula (1) into the medium, and to a method of inducing differentiation in mouse melanoma cells B16-F10.

EFFECT: novel compounds which can be active agents which inhibit tumour proliferation and activate differentiation in mouse melanoma cells B16-F10 are obtained and described.
