FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed engine comprises stationary hollow housing accommodating rotor provided with elements to form at least two working chambers, fuel feed elements and gas exchange elements to force gas from engine working chambers. At least, one fuel feed element represents a Laval nozzle comprising fuel and oxidiser feed controlled nozzles arranged at Laval nozzle inlet. Fuel feed elements are arranged in rotor. Spark plugs and water or steam controlled nozzles are arranged at the nozzle inlet. Engine comprises at least one switched bypass channel made between engine working chambers to transfer plasma from one chamber into another. Laval nozzle comprises plasma feed nozzle arranged at its inlet to feed plasma and communicated with said bypass channel. Engine may incorporate injector arranged at nozzle outlet to feed additional water. Engine may comprise tapered rod arranged in Laval nozzle critical section to move, controlled, along nozzle axis and receive electric potential.
EFFECT: simplified design, higher reliability and efficiency, reduced engine misbalance.
