FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building, particularly, to protective jackets of power units of wheeled vehicle. The jacket of the clutch housing is made as solid moulded part fabricated out of damping porous gas proof material and containing lead holes for attaching it to the clutch housing. Porous structure of the jacket is formed with mineral, organic, or synthetic fibres or with their combined mixture. An external side of jacket surface is coated with a protective sound transparent dirt-oil-water proof layer, notably, fabric layer of material of Malivlies type or with a layer of aluminium backed polyester or lavsan film of thickness not more, than 0.2 mm. Expansion lead spacing sleeves are integrated into the lead holes.

EFFECT: reduced sound emission generated with power unit of vehicle.
