FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: physical exercise registration accessory comprises: a physical activity range recorder, a target save unit and a display unit. A recorder is implemented to record performed physical activity range greater or equal to a reference intensity. The recorder accommodates a control unit. A save unit is applied to save the targets of the physical activity range and physical exercise range greater or equal to the reference intensity to be performed over a preset estimated period. The display unit is used to display the ensured targets of the physical activity range and the physical exercise range on the basis of the physical activity range and physical exercise range recorded by the recorder and saved by the target save unit.
EFFECT: accessory provides ease of control and check-up of the whole physical activity range and included physical exercise range, and effectively helps a trainee to maintain continuous physical exercises.
