FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to doctor blade, method of its production, and to its basic structure. Proposed method comprises producing pultruded fibrous plastic by fiber drawing through, at least, impregnation and solidification stages to form doctor blade basic structure. Note here that said basic structure if furnished with, at least, one wear region, and doctor blade is separated from blade workpiece formed from basic structure and wear region. Wear region is formed from edge structure section extending outward from basic structure edge. Note here that said edge is secured to basic structure in producing pultruded fibrous plastic. Part of edge structure comprises fixation elements to joint edge structure part with doctor blade basic structure. Proposed method consists in making, at least, one wear region in doctor blade basic structure. Note here that basic structure is made in producing pultruded fibrous plastic fiber drawing through, at least, impregnation and solidification stages. Area for part of edge structure is formed, in solidification, on edges of basic structure to extend outward from basic structure that makes wear region in doctor blade.

EFFECT: doctor blade with diverse wear edges.
