FIELD: butter industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the butter industry, in particular to batch butter making machines. Said butter making machine includes a cylindrical container and a drive-driven churning mechanism. Said cylindrical container is provided with a bottom on one side, and a filling window on the other. Said filling window is equipped with a lid. Also, the cylindrical container is mounted vertically on the frame and the bottom faces the frame. Further, the drive of the churning mechanism is located inside the cylindrical container. On the inner surface of the cylindrical container, along its height, ribs are provided with an equal angular pitch to create additional chaotic movement of the processed product, each of which in the cross section has the shape of an elongated rectangle. Said churning mechanism is installed above the bottom of the cylindrical container and is formed by a flat disk with an axis and blades. Each blade in the cross section has the shape of an elongated rectangle and is rigidly mounted on the flat disk at right angle in such a way that the beginning of the installation of each blade starts at the intersection of the geometric axes of the flat disk, and the ends of the blades are directed in different directions from the geometric axes of the flat disk.
EFFECT: invention provides an improvement in the quality of making butter by eliminating the destruction of the spherical shape of the butter grain and reducing the yields of fats in buttermilk.
