FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to thermal cracking procedure of hydrocarbon stock in installation consisting of heat emitting section (6) and of convection section (7) wherein hydrocarbon source stock is supplied into source stock heater (1) present in convection section (7). Further, production of heat from heater (1) is controlled by changing output of heat exchanging in economiser (9) with calculator (14) and controller (11). Also, said economiser (9) is installed in convection section (7) between heater of stock (1) and heat emitting section (6). Stock heated in heater (1) of the economiser is further subjected to cracking in the heat emitting section. Additionally, the invention is related to the installation for hydrocarbon stock cracking.
EFFECT: cracking of hydrocarbon stock with heavy last running and reduced cracking unit carburising.
